Booking
Reserving a seat, paying, and what happens next.
In peak season (October to January, plus July and August) the small-group departures fill two to four weeks out — the dolphin swim takes six guests a day and is usually the first to go. Outside those months a week is normally enough. If you're already on the island and want something tomorrow, message us on WhatsApp; we hold back a couple of seats for walk-ups.
Yes — the seat is confirmed when payment clears, and the price you see is the price you pay. There is no booking fee, no card surcharge and no service charge added at checkout.
Everything listed under 'What's included' on the tour page: your guide or skipper, all equipment, entry fees, and food or drink where stated. Hotel transfers are listed separately per tour — some include them, some offer them as an add-on. Nothing is hidden until checkout.
You'll get a booking reference on screen immediately and an email confirmation with the meeting point, the start time, a what-to-bring list and your guide's direct number. If the email hasn't arrived within ten minutes, check spam then message us — we can resend it.
Yes. Book in your own name and add the guests' names in the notes field, or use a gift voucher so they can pick their own date. For the lead guest we need a working mobile number reachable in Mauritius, since that's how the guide makes contact on the morning.
Still not sure?
Ask us anything — we answer properly.
You'll get a real answer from the people who run the tours, not a template. If a tour isn't right for you, we'll say so.
